Before You Arrive

An Appointment is not needed to walk in and look around, but if you’re in need of someone’s full attention for a consultation, a quick call ahead helps us make sure the right person is free just for you when you arrive. Either way works for us and plenty of people simply drop by first to have look around, then make an appointment to come back later for a detailed conversation once they’ve got a better idea of what they’re looking for.

If you know roughly what you’re after, from brand, what size caravan, a specific feature or layout and budget then let us know when you call ahead that way we can have the relevant options ready to walk through when you arrive.

Walking In

Our Rockingham showroom is easy to find, with the yard and current in stock caravans for sale in Perth visible as soon as you pull in. There’s no reception desk you need to check in at, no forms to fill out before you’re allowed to look around. Come in, have a look, and if you’d like to have a chat, someone from our team will be there without hovering over you the moment you step out of the car.

Looking Through the Vans

This is the part most people are actually here for. You’re welcome to walk through any of our in stock caravans, open cabinetry, check the layout, sit in the space, get a real feel for it. We’d rather you take your time here than feel rushed through a quick tour.

If you’ve got questions about a specific feature, build details, or how something compares to another model, feel free to ask. We’d rather answer ten questions while you’re at the yard than have you drive off unsure and second guessing later.

The Conversation Part

If you’re keen to talk further, this usually happens over a tea or coffee. It’s a genuine part of how we do things, not just a nice gesture. We’ll ask questions about how you plan to use the caravan like, who’s travelling, how often, what kind of terrain and trips you’ve got in mind. That shapes what we recommend far more than simply showing you what’s cheapest or most popular.

There’s no script here and no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Some people know exactly what they want within twenty minutes. Others need a few visits and a lot of questions answered before they’re ready, and that’s completely normal.

If You’re Ready to Move Forward

At this stage if you’ve found the right van and you’re ready to move ahead, we’ll walk you through next steps clearly from pricing, any trade-in conversation if relevant, timing, what preparation happens before handover and handover day itself. Nothing here is rushed or pressured. We’ll take the time to make sure you understand exactly what you’re buying and what it means along the way.

Most of our customers are surprised by how straightforward this part can be. Once everything’s set, we’ll talk through realistic timing for handover. This step varies depending on stock and any custom caravan work that might be required, but we’ll always give you a clear, honest timeframe rather than a vague “we’ll be in touch.” If you’re trading in, that gets sorted at the same time, so there’s one clear plan rather than several directions all at once.

If You’re Not Ready Yet, That’s Fine Too

Plenty of visits end without a final decision, and that’s not a bad thing. If you want to go away and think it over, compare a few options, or simply aren’t ready yet, there’s no pressure to commit before you leave. Come back whenever you’re ready, or feel free to call with any questions even if your desired time to purchase is months away.

What to Bring

Nothing is required, but if you’ve got them, a few things make the visit more useful:

  • Details of your tow vehicle (Tow capacity, weight, tow ball type)
  • A sense of your budget range
  • Any must-have features you already know you want.
  • Desired layout types

If you don’t have any of that sorted yet, that’s fine too. We are here to work it out together while you’re here.

A Few Common Questions

Do I need to book ahead?

No, you’re welcome to just drop in. Booking ahead simply means we can make sure someone’s free to give you proper time if you’d like a full consultation.

How long does a typical visit take?

Entirely up to you, some visits are a quick 15 minute look around, and others turn into an hour-long conversation. We follow your pace, not schedule, though if you know you need a full consultation right away, we recommend calling up in advance.

Can I bring my family along?

Absolutely plenty of our visitors bring the whole family, and it’s often useful since everyone gets a feel for the space together. We’ve also got a few basic toys on hand to keep younger kids entertained while you take your time looking around.

What if I want to visit but I’m not local to Rockingham?

That’s no problem at all, we regularly welcome visitors from right across greater Perth, and even further afield. If a visit isn’t practical right now, give us a call and we’re happy to talk through anything over the phone first.
