Last week we took delivery of our new Titanium S4 19.6 van. This journey has taken over 18 months. The crew at Caravan Culture have been with us every step of the way. From the first time we walked into their yard we were treated more like family than customers. Paul and Sarah guided us through all the many challenges of a custom build which would have been very daunting without their expertise. A very special mention to Paul Mason, he has never hesitated to provide answers to every question we have asked. He is a true professional and a great person who we now call a friend. Thank you Paul you’re the best.

We have just been lucky enough to pick up our newly built Titanium Caravan 6 days before Christmas. What an amazing experience. Heila and the whole team at Caravan Culture in Rockingham WA made the process from sign up to pick up so smooth and easy. Heila patiently answered all our questions, offered suggestions and kept us updated with information and photos along the way. The overall knowledge and service provided by Heila has been exceptional, the quality of our van is second to none, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and can’t wait to get away on the next adventure.

We first came across Caravan Culture at Perth Camping and Caravan Show at the end of 2020 and Sarah made us very welcome, no pressure at all, to browse and dream. We did our homework, looked around at what others were offering, and three months later put in our order for Royal Flair Razor XT with Sarah. She and Leo make a great team, offering suggestions and recommendations, but importantly listened to what we wanted. They’ve been so helpful, and communicated well whilst we waited for our van to be made. Nothing too hard for them, their service and friendliness is a credit to them. We are 4 weeks into an 11 week trip through Southern WA. Our Titanium van is 2 months old and we had a water leak from behind the stove. First spoke to Jeff at 9.30 and we were an hour away, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired as well as making some other minor adjustments for us and we were back on the road by 2.00pm. Both Jeff and Paul’s commitment to the customer and fitting us in and getting us going again was outstanding. Highly recommend these guys if you are in the Rockingham area

I cannot recommend Caravan Culture highly enough. The buying experience and after-sales service have been second to none. Absolutely no pressure at any point, an outstanding product (Lyfe RV) and Sarah, Leo and Geoff have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. This is what buying and owning a caravan should look like!
